When to use warming oils?
Before training or fight: apply to target areas (thighs, calves, shoulders), massage 2–3 minutes and let absorb 5–10 minutes before effort to activate circulation and prepare muscles.
What's the difference between warming balm and recovery balm?
Warming balms prepare muscles before effort (warming sensation). Recovery balms have a cooling, soothing sensation—use after training to reduce tension and support recovery.
Do products suit all sports?
Yes. They're used by Muay Thai, boxing, MMA and combat sports practitioners, but suit any muscle-intensive sport. We offer light, medium and strong intensities to fit everyone.
Delivery time?
We ship within 24–48 business hours. Delivery times depend on the carrier (typically 2–5 days in France).
Secure payment?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, known for secure online transactions. No bank details are stored on our servers.
International orders and customs?
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country. These fees are the customer's responsibility.
